Nothing was working not even the doors getting in and out of the hotel!! The pool wasn't working. Neither was the hit tub. One elevator was working. Couldn't even enjoy breakfast in comfort cuz the air conditioning wasn't working in the lobby. The worst hotel stay I have ever had in my life! Paid $600 for two nights and every dime should be refunded!! Hilton should be ashamed to have its name attached to its brand!!!

Nothing. I'll never use Booking or Hilton again. I was in the lobby of the hotel when I made a reservation via Booking. I think it was May 7th. Went to check in and it was pointed out that it was for May 27th. I said it was a mistake. I obviously meant for that night. We're talking minutes. Booking and Hilton blamed each other for no refund.

I didn't like that neither Booking or Hilton would cancel 5 minutes after the reservation was made - the date obviously being a mistake. It didn't like that no one would help other than to say it was up to the other party. The only f/U was from booking saying Hilton refused to cancel & that was way before the date. Will never use either of you again. Ever.
