I booked for 5 people , 3 adults and 2 teens, and I got a room for 3. I asked for another room when we arrived and they did not have one. We had to cancel and leave.

When we arrived, found no pillow, blanket or sheets , only a naked mattresse. I have to call front desk to prepare for it. Breakfast is not very good quality, also you have to clean up your table after breakfast , otherwise the manager will tell you to clean your table. It feels I am borrowing a place from someone instead of I am paying for a hotel to stay.

It was clean and after an annoying runaround with the umbrella company staff, the hotel staff were very helpful when we needed to change our check-in date back one day. Jessica was very friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn’t like was that the pullout bed for our kids wasn’t made up with even sheets and there were none in the room. We had to call down twice, but to be fair it was quite late and I’m sure they have minimal staff at that time. The front desk was apologetic and got them to us quickly after the second call.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, but...
Positives:
Hotel is in a great location with tons of stores close by yet it is tucked away so we didn't hear any outside noise while sleeping. The staff were all very courteous and helpful, they provided us with some things our family needed during our stay quickly, and were always professional and polite. They truly made us feel welcomed and valued. The room was clean and in great conditiom, and we didn't have to walk far from where we parked. Breakfast was OK, it suited our needs, it was typical of hotel breakfasts.
Negatives:
My only complaint was trying to change the dates of my stay after booking. I had to call both booking.com and the hotel multiple times, each one informing me I had to call the other. I did finally get it resolved and everyone was helpful and polite but it was a hassle to get that simple change. Next time I will be reserving directly through the hotel.

I had booked a queen suite which on the Booking website showed a king and a queen bed but the hotel had only 1 queen bed . They were snow to accommodate our party but the Booking website needs to update their information as it was incorrect
