Positives:
I like the spacious rooms the hotel offers as well as the option for free breakfast. It was conveniently located close to my family which was good.
Negatives:
The rooms neeed to be updated. The room is was given had black mold around the faucet in one of the rooms. The tvs were old, but there hotel has some rooms with large, updated smart tvs. The room was barely cleaned, if at all, there was trash in one of the cans when we checked in. The furniture was stained. Other than the space you get, it is not worth the price.

The suite was spacious and clean. The morning staff was very nice.
Negatives:
We are elderly. When we arrived, we were told that the only available rooms were on the 3rd floor and there were no elevators. We were told that our other choice was to cancel our room and stay elsewhere. Carrying our suitcases up 3 flights was very difficult. We cannot stay at this facility again.

When you book it states that there is a $100 deposit. When I checked in the staff said that the deposit was $250 which was more than the room. You ask them about it and the response is “ you’ll get it back”. No care that online they stated something different at all
