MainStay Suites Mt Laurel - Philadelphia

Negatives: The amount of drug addicts sitting around outside harassing people for money is ridiculous! I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable going to my car and being confronted multiple times in a 5 minute span. The parking lot was extremely dirty. People’s belongings everywhere that were kicked out but sat outside and harassed people. I won’t ever recommend to anyone.

Negatives: I didn’t like how they lied and said they had 3 room and didn’t

Negatives: Had no dislikes

Negatives: It is dated. It is not very clean

Negatives: you can remove there room pics on line, They look nothing like the room. My son and his wife stayed upstairs for 2 days and had to leave because of all the bugs.

Negatives: Stains on what was supposed to be clean linen

Negatives: So I stayed at this facility and it is beyond appalling. The facility is supposed to be non smoking and the room has a humid smell and smells like smoke. The stove has the plates that are raised. To make matters worse the facility went into my room to retrieve a machine that was in my room that was being used for the smell because it was so nauseating. The fact that this happened without any notification. I am not sure what I am missing and makes me feel unsafe. This has been the worst hotel experience. The supplies in the room are sub par . Staff is friendly . However once I feel like my privacy is invaded I do not feel comfortable. The fact that they can come into your room and not even attempt to let you know. Makes me feel unsafe to sleep in this facility. Can someone come into my room when I am sleeping or without my permission.

Negatives: The kitchen wasn't equipped with any pots/pans but they had plates, mugs, cups, forks, knives, spoons. No dish rags or pot holders

Negatives: I didn’t like that when I called the front desk I was on hold for about ten minutes and it was just ringing no one picked up. I had to leave my room to go to the front desk to request towels. Also I notice there was an insect issue that needed to be addressed in the rooms. Not sure when the last time the property and room were fumigated for any unwanted pets/visitors.

Negatives: The phone signals were inconsistent, may be because of the bad weather
