I feel I believe my family and I were talking head by there overnight staff the cops were called one that’s three times. They lied and said they were complaints on two of the rooms for noise which was impossible. Then they called the cops on a Sunday night and had a thrown out they threw us out. We had two small children with us. This is at one in the morning and they would not let us just leave at 11 AM Sunday morning when we were checking out and I’ll Car Service was coming to pick us up. They threw us out for no reason.

Staff was attentive. Our teen loved that they had a basketball court and was thrilled they loaned him a basketball. The children liked the pool. Lots of choices at breakfast.
Negatives:
The furniture in the room could have used some repairs. Nothing seriously broken, just not very attractive. It was an excellent breakfast, but the layout made it crowded.

Everyone at the front desk is really nice! All of them. And the breakfast was great!

The location was tucked away behind a bunch of places. We passed it and had to go around to another road to pull in. That was confusing. We were originally put in an old room that was falling apart. It was so decrepit that I actually couldn’t sleep and started researching and calling to try to find out how I could get a refund. After not much help that night, I went again to the front desk and was told the GM was out of town all week. The previous night neither I nor the booking.com rep had been advised of this (She’s the only one that can authorize refunds). Luckily, the gentleman at the front desk found us another room and the quality difference was immeasurable. Our new room was actually really nice. Still outdated but at least I didn’t feel like bugs would come out if I turned off the lights. Also you have to walk through the laundry room and down a long corridor to get to the pool. Very weird. I actually thought I misunderstood the directions when I was looking for it.
