Got in late and frazzled and was so happy to see the restaurant and bar, both fully functional and offering nice selections. Bar staff was great. I had a 7th floor room w separate shower and tub, which you don’t often see. The Westin Bed never disappoints. Lots of parking in their lot, no garage to deal with.

I addressed them w the management, may be attributable to me not knowing how something worked.

The staff response. The location. Reasonably priced room service . The water jar in the lobby. Ample parking space.
Negatives:
The bathroom design was ridiculous - the shower was on the other side of the tub. To turn on the shower you have to reach in - and get sprayed by cold water before the warm water comes in!!! No towel bars or rings outside the shower stall. The toilet was clogging up. The carpet needs a deep clean.

I've been coming to the hotel for several years now and it's starting to get some wear and tear in the rooms. The technology needs to be upgraded for charing devices.

Got there at two for 3:00 wedding at your location I told the gentleman who checked me in at 2:00 I had not eaten and needed to eat. He told me room service would call me. They did not , they did not answer my many call neither did from desk. Went hungry

The breakfast and staff were excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
The smell of smoke permeated everything. The music on event night and days is too loud for a proper evening rest.
The hotel is dated but that can be expected. If you are sensitive to smoke reconsider your stay. If you’re a smoker, this is a jackpot location for you.
