Our room must have been sold to someone else by the counter person. We stayed at the Marriott and it was very nice.

The woman at Hampton Inn's reception desk said we had no reservation after Booking.Com confirmed our 2 night stay. We were essentially 'out on the street.' I was shocked after dealing with Booking.com for so many years. This was an important stay as it was for my brother's funeral. Luckily my nephews found a place for us. Further trouble when I realized my credit card was charged $560.37 on 4/17 for the stay. I called Booking.com when we returned 4/23 and she (Catherine G) said I'd hear back in 5 days and my credit card would be credited in up to 7 days. This is day 6 and I am counting. I am furious at Hampton Inn and look for excellent followup from Booking.com Kristine Christensen Reservation # 4167972956 Confirmed to Check in 4/19/24 and Out 4/21/24.

Clean, nice room, great tv, daughter enjoyed the pool, good breakfast included, great parking, good location.
Negatives:
Paid for a double queen bed room but received a room with one king bed for the 3 of us. There was a small couch so my daughter ended up sleeping on there since she had her blanket and pillow along, so it wasnt a huge deal. But, we were expecting the 2 beds that we had paid for.

The hot breakfast items were not very good or missing all together. No bacon, no ham, no sausage, just some kind of cheap smoked sausage. No potatoes! This is not what I expect from a Hampton Inn. By the way, I stayed at a Hampton Inn two days later that had an excellent breakfast.
