Positives:
I have stayed here twice. It’s lovely. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. (I stayed here 3 years ago for a wedding and again just this past weekend.) It’s within walking distance to many restaurants. It is right across the street from the State Theater and NBPAC. it is also very close to Rutgers University. They have valet parking, on site restaurant, bar and spa! (Unfortunately, the pool was closed this weekend.)
I highly recommend this hotel!!

Conditional deposits of US$ 50.00 per day was charged from me for my whole lenght of stay and refunds were not immediate, as immediate as they took the deposit from me.
Ridiculous is that they refuse to give any kind of receipt for the deposit money that they take from you. Every other hotel is ready to do that and some places with Marriot charge only US$20.00 per day as deposit and BW takes only a one time deposit of US$50.00 for any length of stay.
A total of US$ 900 is still pending to be returned to me. It's not fair and we had checked out since September the 3rd 2024. They are assuring that refunds take upto two weeks . It's like my money in their bank without interest.
