If I could do -0 star I would. No mini fridge after purchasing food, no microwave I was told from front desk receptionist maintenance is not answering front desk about it so horrible service to start. Cigarette burns in blankets, ceilings have not obv been clean in years a lot of dust and SPIDERS all over including bathroom. Toilet also did not flush. Just tried to get away for the night with our husband and daughter. Duely noted NEVER again with this place. Wi-Fi password was not given also, had to call to get told an incorrect password.

Dirty floors all over room & dirty bathroom, TV didn't work even after fixed by office, air conditioning only worked at 1 temp, 2 small towels & washcloth (nothing avail).
Refrigerator barely got cold at highest setting, burn wholes on blankets & sheets.
