Negatives: I didn't stay there! I booked through booking.com and the hotel said they had no reservation. They wouldn't even look at my confirmation number. Booking.com says it was the hotel! This stranded me and my familyduring an airport storm and because of it, I had to pay $100 to and from a hotel in Jersey City. The manager was very unhelpful and not compassionate in the slightest.
