Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Wednesday, May 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Wednesday, May 29th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, May 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between May 29 and May 30, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Thursday, May 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 30, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 20% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Important Information

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, high Wi-Fi speed is available at an additional cost.
