Positives:
It was a quick checkin after having a free shuttle from the airport. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. My husband loves the cookie although I wish just a plain chocolate chip cookie was still offered rather than the walnut or vegan option.
Negatives:
The price was pretty high! And I think the buffet or a la carte breakfast option was insanely high. We chose the a la carte option and spent $50 for 2 people for a mediocre breakfast and terrible service. The server wasn’t warm or friendly and seemed in over her head since she was acting as host, server, and food runner while having a full dining room.

I had the worst experience of my life. I arrived at the hotel at around 10 pm, they gave me my room, I went to my room and it was on the first floor with a patio door leading to the pool. I checked if the patio door was locked and it wasn't. It was in fact broken. I also noticed a screaming sound that was looping every two minutes. I went to the front desk, asked to change my room since the patio door wasn't locking. The lady at the front desk said "do you really want to change for a patio door ?" I said, I want to change for my safety, yes. She said the hotel was full and she couldn't. She said she would send a guy and if he couldn't fix it, they would change my room. I waited outside my room for 30 minutes before the guy arrive so I went back to the front desk, asked them to change my room again, told them about the crazy noise that kept happening and they once again said they wouldn't change my room. I asked to cancel my room because I didn't feel safe and thought I prefered sleeping somewhere else and they couldn't because I booked it on bookings.com. In the meantime, they said they fixed the door so I went back to check. The sliding door was fixed, but the "fixed" part of the door could be fully opened very easily. I went back to the front desk, told them to take a walk with me and that I would show them how unsafe it was, they wanted to do nothing about it. I said, stop telling me the hotel is full, I can still rent a room on booking. I asked for the manager and eventually they changed my room. I felt very unsafe in your hotel, your staff wasn't helpful and the security level was very low. Overall, the worst hotel experience of my life.

Horrible.
Positives:
The location is a great spot to get back-and-forth to the airport. Also, when traveling around the city getting back to the hotel is convenient. From the front desk to the perfect service, she also handled evening service was very pleasant patient and persistent with tending to the overload of customers my daughter and I thanked her for her service and kindness with a bouquet of roses
Negatives:
I didn't like that the menu that we scanned with our phone was not available that we were provided paper menus, which was disappointing in flavor appearance and appreciation for the food in general refers to dinner options

There was Black Mold on the window ledge. The winow seal needed replaced, there was a fog In between the window panes.
"Special " parking is of a premium, more is needed. On this day one of the employees was parked in one of the spots that didn't need to be there.

Breakfast buffet was $24 a person. Was not worth that. The offerings and quality of food was like a hotel that would include it in their room rate. For 2 people it was almost $52 with the tax. I would have rather put $52 into a hotel w free breakfast.

Outlets old couldn't connect any device,maintenance had to give me an extension, fridge took about an hour to arrive,no one cleaned the room even when we asked they did after complaining because NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE!!toilet flush needed fix

The shuttle from the airport had to travel over a road that is obviously in a "blue" state, an embarassment for all travelers, especially international visitors
