Room was smoking room (we don’t smoke). Room had broken headboard, scratched up bathroom door, broken bathroom door. We asked and was guaranteed a quiet location but one night had fighting couple next door and 2nd night had kids running and yelling until 11pm. Set off our car alarm 2 times. When we notified front desk at checkout they said well we can’t control were your room is. Too bad

Great price for the area.

Looks like I stepped into an area where a bunch of long-term guests took most if not all of the nearby parking. The front of the motel looks pleasant but the back area looks a little dicey. Plus you had people just running their diesel engines and revving the engine for no apparent reason except to be annoying to other guests.

The employees were wonderful.
Negatives:
We were given a room next to a water heater that made metal knocking noises all night. The toilet was stained and the bathtub fixtures were so corroded that I was sure they didn’t work. The drain was in need of repair. There were stains everywhere on the walls and the plastic bed cover was enough for us to leave. We had no choice but to stay there because of a family reunion that booked the room for us. I wouldn’t be complaining if I paid $30.
