This hotel is minutes from Mountain Creek ski area, Mountain Creek Waterpark, the Delaware River, Sussex County Community College and Skylands Park baseball field. Between Thursday, Dec 12th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Dec 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Dec 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 13, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Property was dated..but I guess it is what you get for a room that's under $200.00. Vending room deplorable..I was told at desk washer and drier didn't work correctly. BOTH SODA MACHINES NOT WORKING. Was told at desk to drive down street to deli where they had LOTS OF A VARIETY OF COLD SODA. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE PROPERTY. There is a metal strip that sticks up on threshold of doorway of vending area that is very hard to see. I tripped over it and almost took a header into non working soda vending machine. Could of had a place in shower to set your soap and shampoo while lathering up...I could have gone and on...but what's the sense... I'm sure that you are well aware of the condition of this properly...If not..go visit it..please
