room keys did not work when desk advised master key also did not work delay in resolving. LIGHTS IN ROOM NOT PLUGGED IN RESULTING IN SEARCH ON OUR PART FOR OUTLETS. NO TV DO STORM PROBLEMS FROM PREVIOUS WEEK

Locations and parking; we weee able to stay relatively close to the cruise port, park our vehicle on site for the duration of our cruise, and Uber to/from the hotel without any issues.

shuttle service sucked, rude and terrible drivers, no good timing, jumping out of the bumps. breakfast had a long line, and there was lots of restriction hints to use one from each and leave the seat in 30 min

The worst hotel which I have ever stayed before. Hotel staffs were not helpful when my backpack was stolen. They behaviours are like strangers. Overall the hotel experience was really bad. Nobody should stay at the hotel.

When a fire alarm went off, I brought my backpack with laptop to the lobby. Obviously, the fire alarm was false alarm. My backpack was stolen at the breakfast room. The hotel security was the worst ever. Responses and attitude of the staff was horrible.

Hotel room was not the same as pictures. Room ceiling was popping out, Hair and leftover old soap from previous guest in bathroom, dirty windows, wall with hole covered with curtain. List is on goin Elevators and hallways are in the worst condition eve

The room was spacious and comfortable What was wrong. Shuttle bus expensive and they overbook so you can not come home when you want to. Breakfast was a long lineup

The lock on hotel door did not work. No key card required. Moved to another room after they left our stuff unattended all day and the additional lock on interior of that door did not work. Elevators. Only one elevator and the service elevator worked

AC did not work..3 total TV stations (could not receive any digital)..Bed was on a low wooden box (a sofa bed?) instead of normal height box spring...searched 3 floors to find working Ice maker..very poor lighting
