Breakfast was great abundant selection. Housekeeping was awesome very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff was good. Management was awful asked them to charge my card for another night she refused stood watching as I packed my bags. Beforehand Told another staff member who entered my room without knocking that I intended to stay another night since I had been there since Friday this was on Tuesday morning.

Unfortunately, the cleaning is not good. The hotel promised to clean rooms, exchange towels etc every other day. We stayed there for 6 nights, and it was only cleaned after two days. We informed reception and they informed the service team. They even wrote it down but no cleaning happened. Poor performance, unfortunately.

Never came to clean and refresh room, had to go downstairs everyday to get new towels, front desk was rude and of no help. Asked to speak to a manager and was given a phone number to call, house keeping said on our 2 rooms it was do not disturb, after we specifically asked to make up the room, and was told no problem as we were leaving for the day, so all staff there lies.
