Lobby was dark - seemed very unsafe. It almost looked as if the hotel was closed. The rooms were terribly run down, chair was dirty and tub appeared dirty. It was not advertised that parking was a separate fee ($15 per night). 2 bottles of water also cost $16. Thermostat in room did not adjust hot or cold. The manager texted to see if our check in was a “10” - when I texted back my concerns about the dark lobby, dirty room, etc - I received no response. The breakfast was mediocre and there were not enough seats for patrons. This was embarrassingly bad for the Hilton brand experience. I will not book another room from this chain.

The courtyard is beautiful and the staff was very welcoming. The fact that it's a suite is very helpful for families.
Negatives:
There was hair in pockets of the bathroom that were not outs. Blegh. Also, the courtyard is noisy.

The only thing i could complain about would be that the sofa bed in the room had mold on the mattress. Might have to change that as soon as possible before someone allergic to mold ends up real sick. I just threw blankets over it.

I felt welcomed and important to the staff especially Jason, Antoine and Darlene.
Housekeeping was also friendly and happy to help with any requests.
We enjoyed breakfast and happy hour!
It was great having laundry facilities as well.
Negatives:
The physical property needs to be updated and repaired. The carpet in our room was sticky and smelled moldy. The curtain was torn. Bathtub had a chip and rust on the wall.
Laundry machines were very good and required a credit card. . Detergent machine needed quarters. They should both allow credit cards as it’s difficult to get quarters.

Very spacious & beautiful. The location its self is nice & quiet. The breakfast had good options & the omelet bar was amazing. I like that in fairness over the weekend the liked to make sure everyone got a chance in the pool.
