Negatives: Absolutely Nothing, when i arrived 30 min before check in just to be a sure my needs were met, i had to get my rooms changed 3x one room was extremely dirty not clean other room smell like pets and people were smoking in the room previously. Last room had BED BUGS THAT WAS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING and i took pictures and videos. When showing it to the manager on shift she shrug her shoulders as if there were nothing she can do about it besides giving me another room for the 4th time!! no compensation no nothing i feel like the staff especially the manager was just so unbothered n didn’t care if me n my wife felt comfortable or not kids playing running up and down hallways 2am in morning playing on each floor it was a total shit show, breakfast was the only thing that was good the next morning before check out but I’m very disappointed overall how they handled me and my wife situation and it was no care in the world i feel like a big problem like that especially if i called health inspector to that hotel can be a major problem and they honest just did not care to give me a discount an extra drink something we received absolutely nothing like they were wrong and strong about it
