Positives: I rented the room for 5/16 for my sister-in-law but when she went there she was told that the room was rented for the 20th not 16th. I never requested the change I do not know why the change was made without notifying me. I had to hurriedly book another hotel for her because they did not offer her any other alterative. Afterwards, no cancellation was allowed after the 16th. I am extremely upset and would like a refund.
Negatives: I am expecting a refund.
