Items placed on the hooks blocked bathroom vent, but vent didn’t seem to work anyway. / Appeared to be a heat lamp in bathroom, but no switch. / Toilet paper was quite a stretch from toilet. / Person at front desk not particularly empathetic when I reported these issues. No apologies or thank you for reporting this - just “I’ll report it to Engineering.”

They did not care at all at the reception, they were not friendly, there was not even a refrigerator in the room, I was not satisfied at all, they were smoking marijuana in the next room, no employee intervened, never again!

Positives:
We arrived quite late and stayed for just one night, but we were very satisfied. The room was clean and cozy, with air conditioning, which made it comfortable at night. It was quiet in the room, with no outside noises, allowing for a good night’s sleep.
The breakfast was a nice surprise — everything was tasty and offered enough variety. We especially enjoyed the pool: it was large, warm, and very clean, which made our short stay even more enjoyable.
A great place to relax, even if you don’t have much time!
Negatives:
The pool on Saturday was open only until 8 PM, even though I was told over the phone earlier that day that it would be open until 10 PM.
In the bathroom, the shampoo dispenser was broken, so I couldn’t wash my hair with shampoo. Unfortunately, I discovered this while showering and forgot to inform the staff afterward.
