Booking .com reservation said free breakfast. Hilton charged me for breakfast. Ive been a loyal customer of both for years and have given them thousands. Now I’m done with both.. bad business. I feel as if I was lied to by both.

Not applicable. Location was where we needed it.
Negatives:
Air conditioning did not cool the first room we were in. Second room was better but not able to lower it. TV in second room did not work. Engineering repaired it (he was very good). Paying for parking when staying overnight is unacceptable. At the bar, paying $18 for a glass of house wine and a can of soda was outrageous. The facility has definitely gone downhill.
