The place was very clean. One night our next-door neighbors were blasting the TV at 11:30 at night and I called the front desk and they rectified it immediately.
Negatives:
The ice-maker was broken. It took them about six hours to have somebody check it out only to find out. It was the wrong icemaker in that particular model. Finally, they brought us up ice we could use because they do not have ice machines on their floors. that was my biggest gripe.

It was not the worse cleaned room but it could have been better. And the bathroom shower nozzle need to be replace and shower upgrade.

Great hotel, confy beds and nice rooms, unfortunately it has lazy cleaning staff.
Negatives:
The room service doesnt exist or the cleaning staff doesnt want to work. They dont provode you clean towels or any room service no matter how many time you request.

Friendly staff (Naomi). Very clean. Room was a decent size, comfortable bed. Decent breakfast with hot food options. Very accommodating for pets.
Negatives:
There are two different pictures online for a King suite. One shows a separate bedroom and the other does not. This type of room does not have a separate bedroom, so they should remove that picture from the website.
The first room we had had a very rickety table, and the toilet backed up the first morning, so we had to switch rooms.. At times, there was a very heavy smell of cigarettes in the back stairwell, which we went down to walk our dogs.
