Requested ground floor room for disabled family. Did not get it.
Only 2 towels for 4 person room. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. No extra blankets. Just the one on the bed. When asked for these items we were told we had to come get them ourselves. Asked for more coffee since 5 night stay. We’re given 3 packs and told if we wanted more they would have to go look. Once again had to go get them ourselves. I’ve heard of cheap but it was rediculious .DO NOT STAY HERE!
