I liked being close to things

There is mold in the bathroom. The AC vent hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long. The AC isn't on and fell on my child 3 times. The manager wanted to charge me extra for having 5 people 3 of which were children to a 2 bed room. My refrigerator was broken and not getting cold. He stated someone would come look and them 2 hours later he said he would get it looked at when I was checking out. Then came in and did absolutely nothing. That's when he stated I needed to pay more for 3 children. The ice machine didn't work. The dead bolt on the door was missing. The room was dusty and the phone was missing majority of the buttons. Can't talk on the phone only speaker. The only thing on the site that is accurate is the front office, front of building and vending room. The rooms look nothing like the photos.

Everything. Dirty, stinky, ugly. 6 days there and it wasn’t cleaned a single time even after I asked in the reception and for the lady that supposed to clean. It was dirty when I arrived

As soon as we checked in they said we cannot stay again because we were organizing things because of being homeless and had to sort through what was gunna stay with him like clothes and stay in U-Haul to go to a storage but they assumed he was moving in.
