Between Sunday, Nov 10th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Nov 11th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Nov 11th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 11, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: It was pretty straight forward

Negatives: Area around the elevator seem kind of dirty and takes away from the overall experience. Hallways are pretty indistinguishable and easy to get lost or confused.

Positives: The front desk & lobby staff were inviting, positive, and helpful. Also having a kitchen availability is amazing since you can cook the food you want with a grocery about a mile down the road. Overall the hotel fits my needs.

Negatives: The roooms occasionally have an odor due to cooking.

Positives: Nothing. Did not feel safe.

Negatives: Unfriendly personnel. Advertised free breakfast which was not true. It was coffee, hot water for tea or hot choc. or instant oatmeal packs and/or granola bar. Room was dirty. Only swept around. When used pull out sofa there were crumbs on floor.

Positives: The price is okay and I like having a fridge and a microwave

Negatives: Yes the day I stayed we just had snow. As I was unloading my car both doors on my driver side were open. And that is when the plow truck chose to speed on by in the parking lot and spray me and my interior with slush. Was told by desk it's an independent.

Positives: Handy location, shopping, restaurants & of course the highway were easily accessible. The Queen/studio was spacious, nice to have a loveseat to sit on while watching TV. The room was very quiet, could not hear people in adjoining rooms, or hallways.

Negatives: There was a very strong odor of deodorizer in the halls & rooms, almost like they were trying to cover smoke smell. I had to unplug the room plug in because it was so overpowering. Handicapped shower leaked profusely; water from shower has damaged cabinet; a/c very loud
