Location was close to all attractions, beach, boardwalk, the pier for fishing, bait and tackle stores and restaurants . Casa Del Mar was wonderful, updated modern rooms, clean, beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The boutique and cafe was convenient with coffee, treats and breakfast food. Will definitely be planning another visit!

We were charged TWICE for a $50 early check in - it was bad enough not knowing this BEFORE we booked with Booking.com after it was too late. $50 to check in 3/hrs early - never had this happen before and then when I get my cc bill I see they charged us twice!!!!!

Positives:
Location is excellent. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and numerous good restaurants. Room was spotless and comfortable. The only very insignificant (to us anyway) downside was the parking lot, which is very small and tight to park in with a larger SUV. We didn't drive once we got there so once parked it really didn't affect us. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The coffee shop (that doubles as the office) has great coffee and breakfast sandwiches and various other treats. We will be back again

The location is great. There are several highly rated restaurants within walking distance, and you can walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Free parking is also a plus. The best part for us was that we could bring our dog for an additional $75 fee.

Positives:
Modern and clean, with off the street parking. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Used the bikes which were in good condition. Also, in a quiet location around the corner from good restaurants on the water.
Negatives:
Could have some glasses and cutlery in the room in case you eat in the room.

Clean, comfortable and quiet motel...

My room was on the first floor, small for the price. 2 or 3 blocks from the north end of the boardwalk.
Negatives:
The cost for what was there. The vanity in the bathroom was so small I could not put anything out. The mirror was hung so high you had to be at least 5'5" to be able to use it. The room was never dark at night due to porch lights and items in room with constant glow. A coffee maker would have been nice, but then they couldn't sell you coffee in their cafe. Just wasn't what I expected for the price.
