Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Nothing - I couldn't stay at the property - due to unavailability of by reservations

I booked /reserved a king size bed on a floor higher than ground. Traveling as a single woman this is for safety concerns. I chose this hotel over other hotels as I have severe food allergies and would be able to use the kitchen to cook myself food/save food in the fridge. Upon checking in at 8pm the desk clerk was cold and not welcoming. The lobby smelled of cat pee and wet dog. The clerk proceeded to tell me they had no king or queen size beds available, the only room they had left was a twin on the ground floor. This was extremely disappointing, as I had chosen this hotel over others in the area which offered similar prices/amenities. Plus after a long day of work and travel, this was not what I was expecting to experience. The desk clerk by the name of Nate said he cancelled from their end - and I would need to cancel through bookings.com. Although this was not an option as it was a "non-refundable" stay. Although for incidents like these, I would need to imagine a refund must be possible.

The customer service was terrible. It was like we were an inconvenience to be checking in. The smells of this facility were atrocious. Our door had scrape marks that were obvious an attempt to gain access. There were roaches, stains on sheets, walls and cieling. Half of the electrical outlets weren't working. The shower nozzle was missing the flush mounting, allowing some residue to ooze out. I wiped down the shower with my rag because I thought the corner was dirty.... it turned black. Just an absolutely disgusting place, I was embarrassed to bring my friend's child there. At 7am the door started to get knocked on... we did not answer. At 8 am she returned, knocking until we answered. Housekeeping was at the door asking if we were checking out. CHECK OUT IS AT 11! We got us dressed and figured we'd go downstairs and check out the advertised breakfast. There was a gentleman down there asking about the breakfast as well. The front desk attendant rolled her eyes, walked into a side room and grabbed some muffins and crackers to put in a basket. Nothing hot, no fruit, not as advertised.

Location close to Princeton. Breakfast a joke horrible. Coffee almost water. Front desk not kind at all. Face like you are bothering them annoyed for having to leave the computer monitor to deal with a request: similar in almost all ESA locations.
Negatives:
The room was clean but old. The plant was dirty and old. The service was substandard. Parking was dirty and unsafe. Weird people lingering outside with loud music. Appliances were noisy at night. Lighting outside was creepy. Like a lowlife place. Horrible.
