There was visible mold in and around the shower. The handle inside the shower was broken. It was obvious that maintenance had not been done in the room in a while. The breakfast was mediocre.

'Breakfast included' possibly the most pathetic offering I have ever seen: No fresh fruit, no yoghurt, all stodge and bland tasting (extremely limited) options.
And served on plastic plates with plastic cutlery.

Easy to find, and the breakfast never disappoints at a Homewood Suites hotel. Quiet rooms with a good layout.
Negatives:
The facility doesn't seem to be kept up to the Hilton standards I'm used to at other locations. There was mold in the bathroom, the pool was murky and had mold along the edge.

Breakfast was varied with hot and cold items, fruit, breads. Suite was huge and the same price as friends paid for a room at another hotel nearby. (Aside: Friends at the other hotel did not have breakfast included). Staff was very accommodating given the technical problem due to failed Microsoft security update the day we arrived and the next couple of days. We were accompanied to our room when room keys could not be made.
Negatives:
Additional signage would be helpful. The sign from the road is hard to miss, but the back road to the actual building took me first to a different hotel and I had to ask directions. At night it was not obvious. That aside, there was nothing I didn't like.

The front desk receptionist was kind and tried to be accommodating.
Negatives:
The room we booked was not available and we were given 2 rooms instead which forced us to split up- not ideal with young children especially late at night. We were initially given the keys to someone else’s occupied room. The receptionist was wearing a tshirt with inappropriate slang/cursing on it which was not professional.
