Noisy. Frequently no one at the front desk. Keys didn?t work. ?breakfast? is a joke! Hot water and instant oatmeal.

Loved having the kitchenette and that they had pots. pans, utensils, toasters and other items at the front desk for you to use. loved the wood floors made the room much more sanitary than carpet

The hallway was always filled with many different overwhelming smells of the different foods being cooked and from people smoking. They did however have a very good air system that kicked on regularly to clean the air as best it could.

It's been 6 months that I'm still disputing the INCORRECT charges that were charged to my c card. I havent received my refund yet,even when I have a cancellation email without any penalties.This hotel & your website are the most dishonest & scammers ppl

TV worked well and was easy to use. Everything worked as expected. Room was secure and very neat and clean.

Cleaning service missed the very top rim of the bathroom sink under the lip of the counter. It's easy to miss unless you get down close to see up to the very top of the sink.

There was no luggage room to keep luggage in between check in or after check out. Also, after checking out, while waiting for our vehicle, my wife wanted to use the restroom and sadly she couldnt because we had checked out and there was no restroom outside the ones in the hotel room

Breakfast is a grab and go, and selection wasn't there a half hour before closing of breakfast. It offered basic amenities, but it seemed difficult for staff to anticipate needs.

Room was nasty. Dirty sticky floors foul. Bathroom had hairs all over the floor. Bed also had small hairs also under the sheets. Have video to prove it all. Ac and hearing system was loud as fuk couldnt sleep over it at all. Morning departure Guy behind desk was stoned as fuk eyes were blood shot an could hardly keep focus and speech hahaha
