cigarette smell in our room; it was hit or miss getting the card keys to work, no small dish soap packet near sink, the exterior microwave was filthy on side near controls and a biggy was the lighting in the room. no lamp on left side of bed/missing light bulb in a dual lamp on right side of bed and another light over across from bed on wall not working or couldn't figure out how to work it.
