The breakfast was nice, the towel were very fluffy.

They had an issue with the water and it would have been good if they would have told us before we got there. Since we were traveling for leisure we were pretty chill but if it had been for a work appointment, it would have been a deal breaker.

Unfriendly and cold Manager. Very unhelpful with the checkin which was problematic even though we had prepaid months in advance. We were seated at the reception cold and tired with kids for about 30 minutes trying to clear it up with the most aloof manager I have ever seen.
The water was COLD in winter!!!! Bathing was a challenge. Who has coldw water in their bathrooms in WINTER??
Instructions said our room would be cleaned every other day but we did see a cleaner for the 3 nights we were there.

The water pressure of our shower was horrible. The location of the hotel makes it impossible to leave Monday-Friday 6am-10pm literal all day traffic.
