Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. It was a comfortable stay...
Positives:
We were very delighted to get a full kitchen with a large refrigerator and trash can which was a lifesaver. The wifi was very fast and easy to connect to. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean, pretty much spotless. Location is great near American Dream, Metlife, and major transit hubs whether you want to drive or take a cheap Uber there. The bed was also surprisingly comfortable.
Negatives:
The room was very clean upon first glance but there were some hair balls scattered around the floor of the bedroom. The television wasn't the best, service would cut out regularly and the channel selection is limited. The location next to the swamp might put off some guests due to the smell but you only smell this outside (and probably worse in the summer humidity). When returning to my car I noticed it was surrounded by litter which consisted of used bags of narcotics and cigarette butts. I don't mind this but I see how it can be undesirable for guests.

It allowed my dog to stay (for an additional charge per night)
Negatives:
The room had a kitchen but there was no kitchen equipment. I had to call Reception and pick up a box with stuff. Same with hairdryer. The website says there is one, but you have to pick it up.
Room wasn’t very clean and I found someone’s dirty clothes in one of the drawers.
One member of staff was helpful and friendly, but the other 3 I spoke to were not very friendly/helpful.
Hotel and room smelled musty and like there had been smoking, even though smoking isn’t allowed.

The pull out couch mattress was crumbling. There were no cups or utensil basics . The pillows had black spots on them like mold . Over all cleanliness was lacking

The staff was no where to be found upon check in, our bathroom had little more than a nightlight to see with, there is no ice machine on site and we were told “there’s a 7-11 down the road” to get some, there is a small kitchen with zero dishes and no one answers when calling front desk to ask for them. Overall- never will stay here again, for over $400, 2000% not worth it when there are so many hotels nearby.
