The pull out couch mattress was crumbling. There were no cups or utensil basics . The pillows had black spots on them like mold . Over all cleanliness was lacking

The receptionist was rude. The linen (Bedsheets, towels, etc was terrible. The towels and bedsheets are not washed accordingly and look old and used. The shower water pressure is non-existent. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke.

Upon check in, the staff member was very kind and welcoming. Room was large and clean

The hot water didnt work well in my room. Also, was only allowed 1 extra blanket after my daughter got sick in the middle of the night.

I had NO WATER in the shower for the first three nights of my stay. Apparently, there was no maintenance available to fix it. When it was fixed, there was NO HOT WATER. They changed changed my room on day 5.

after staying at the east Rutherford meadowland location and then going to the Rutherford location it was completely not accommodating. Self care items given for free at east rutherford I was charged for at the Rutherford location.
