The room and bed were fine. The location was good - as we were heading into NYC for a gathering. This hotel was MUCH more affordable (than staying in the City) with free parking. I’d DEFINITELY stay again !

Parking included, great location, pool for kids, the guy let us check in earlier and park our car before noon

I paid extra for a “breakfast included” but another manager said it’s only 2 items from their menu free for us (we booked for 4 people). I didn’t like it and he let us take one of each for “free”. For 2 more for my kids I wanted to pay - electronic menu above the manager head shows $4 for cinnamon roll but he charged me $8 each - I told him that this is mistake probably but he said the system didn’t update yet and I have to pay more (so have receipts). He didn’t want to give me receipt when I asked and gave some for $17 without any items on it. But “surprise” - next day this cinnamon roll is still $4 on the menu. This guy worked on Aug 30 and 31, 2024.
So- no breakfast included, fake price, manager lied.
