Poor customer service over all. They messed up my reservation. I did an early checked in online at noontime In which it was confirmed. However, they sent an email later n the afternoon that my reservation is cancelled due to an emergency situation in the hotel/ burst pipe . I couldn't open the email they sent me so when I'm about to check in that night, they told me, I dont have a room but some guests who checked in that same time was accommodated That was unfair to me that I felt I was discriminated. They offer compensation by giving me 50,000 points rewards and a 2 day free stay in the future . I did not need that. What I need and my daughter with me was a room to stay for that night and they didn't even tried to offer and help me to call hotels nearby if they can transfer me considering it's a Marriot Bonvoy chain! The worst part that they told me was I booked through a third party which is the booking.com and so its between me and the booking.com to sort it out regarding my reservations. That's A BS! What can you say about this booking.com?? I would not strongly recommend this hotel to anyone based on our bad experience. Me and my daughter had to stayed with one of our friends room who was so kind enough to accommodate us so that we can sleep for that night What an unpleasant experience we had in this hotel. I always used booking.com for my hotel accommodations and this was by far the worst experience I had. I assumed that all aloft hotel gives the best customer service but not this hotel! Never again! what we had in Abu Dhabi/ Dubai Aloft hotel was the best customer service experience!

The lobby is so cozy, the staff is super friendly and the fact that there is unlimited coffee and tea for guests at all times is great! The room is spacious, well thought-out and the decor is modern and cool. Comfy bed and practical bathroom space. Also, the gym is well equipped.
