Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. There is no access to coffee past 5 pm. I went down and was given a coffee pot and coffee, but when I asked for cream whatever they had available, the answer was that the cream was only available in the morning. Please advertise that if anyone is an evening coffee drinker to come prepared.

Positives:
Location was good. Close to American Dream, NJ Turnpike, and NYC. Rooms were large. Rooms had a full kitchen with a full-size fridge, a microwave, sink, and stovetop.
Negatives:
Breakfast was bad. Only a small table with prepackaged individual muffins or fruit bars that were not restocked. Desk staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed with questions. No daily housekeeping - you had to bring your dirty towels to exchange them for clean ones (and the staff make you count the dirty ones you bring before you get new ones). The rooms had a noticeable musty and stale smell. We left the windows open to get fresh air. The furnishings were old and worn. Carpet looked and felt gross. There were no dedicated outlets for phone charging by beds. Pillows were flat and flimsy. Would not stay there again and will not recommend it.

The breakfast was very bad and very few things to have in breakfast. Furthermore the rooms carpet is very stinky and cleanliness was not up to the mark. Never recommend to anyone book room through booking.com

it was convenient for eating out but hard to find.
Negatives:
It was so noisy. The refrigerator, the air conditioner and also outside. We didn't get a good night's sleep and we had a long drive from Florida. The kitchen utensils weren't in the room. We had to carry them. They didn't give us any dish detergent nor dish towels.
