Positives:
The location is excellent, just 15 minutes away from Manhattan (depending on the traffic). The bus stop is practically in front of the hotel. The room size (on the 8th floor - king bedroom renewed) is excellent.
Negatives:
The hotel is under construction. They are remodeling the rooms. So, the two elevators at the hotel are very dirty, covered with cardboard and the workers are using both. They should put a note on the website or at booking.com saying that they are undergoing some remodeling and give the clients the option to choose if they want to stay in the middle of such hassle. They don't clean the rooms every day and the breakfast is fair, not good enough for a hotel like Hyatt.

Young lady attitude changed when she was around manager. I was really surprised. Felt sad that I had to pay for fee for room I had canceled. We did pay for our room and stayed there. Called booking directly and said they should be able to waive that fee since we were staying there anyways. They said they werent going to. And payed $300+ extra. Room service was not good and I dont know if it had to do with the issue at check in.
