Positives: Welcoming, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, rooms were comfortable. There are a range of restaurants a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Negatives: 1. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear people in the adjoining rooms. 2, The booking did state that the hotel ran a free shuttle service within 3miles of the property but this is not the case - the shuttle doesn't exist. 3. This is not really a complaint - but just so people know - they are currently undergoing renovations so there was some construction noise during the day and the lifts weren't properly lined. Honestly, it wasn't that big a deal. They made an effort to keep the noise to a minimum and were very respectful.
