Negatives: The bed was not that comfortable the hotel was out of conditioner, we requested towel to take a shower as we ran out because we had to keep getting water off the floor after we showered because there was nothing stopping the water from coming out. We were also not given really anything for hygiene and personal care that that 1 tiny thing of shampoo and a hand soap no tooth brush or tooth paste lotion body wash nothing good thing we packed our own

Negatives: The hotel is in urgent need of a major renovation. While the building is large with an appealing layout and well-arranged rooms, several areas require improvement. Upon arriving in our room, we found a large crack in the window, with the glass almost loose, posing a safety hazard. Additionally, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the bed linens were quite worn, with some even torn. We reported these issues to the reception, and although nothing was resolved on the first day, by the second day, the window crack had been covered with adhesive tape, and the sink appeared unclogged; however, it continued to back up after a few uses. Another inconvenience was the room key; every time we left and returned, it would not work, requiring us to go to the front desk for a replacement—a frustrating issue, especially when we were tired. The carpet in the room also seemed dirty and in need of maintenance. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited variety and poor-quality items. The same foods were offered every day: cold, watery eggs, an overcooked sausage type, low-quality artificial juices, and a limited selection overall that could be improved. Another issue arose during check-out when we attempted to pay for our stay. We presented a debit card specifically intended for this payment, but the transaction could not be completed because the hotel’s system only processes card information manually; there was no machine to read the card’s magnetic stripe. If the system cannot process the card, there are no alternative payment options—cash is not accepted, and there is no account available for bank transfers or other debit options. Consequently, we had to use a credit card, which we had not planned to use, as we had set aside funds in a specific account for this purpose. Paying by credit card created an inconvenience, as it required us to wait until the statement closed, incurring a different exchange rate, and ultimately resulting in a higher cost than initially budgeted.

Negatives: The bathroom condition.

Negatives: Very old, badly maintained, I almost broke my leg in the bathroom, as it was extremely slippery. Carpet in the room was very dark and seemed also very dirty :( . Elevator took forever to come.

Negatives: Far, bad breakfast , not so clean

Negatives: Only how close it is to the bus stop

Negatives: The room was dirty, linen, beds, sofa bed need to be replaced with a new one for sure as washing will not make any difference. American breakfast suppose to be full breakfast but there was limited options and quality of food was nt good.

Negatives: Air Con in our room a little loud, but was still ok.

Negatives: The room we had gotten didn’t have a shower curtain which staff luckily provided but it was literally a sheet. The pillows were not comfortable and the bed was hard. The shower looked dirty and had rips on the walls. We found an old piece of pizza in the microwave meaning they never checked to clean it and overall it was nasty. The comforter and sheets were thin. We’ve stayed here one to two times prior and I don’t remember it being half as bad.

Negatives: The pool was closed for our stay to rent it out to some sort of swimming classes so the hotel can make extra money. It was very rude to the guests for the hotel to double dip in this way. The mattresses in the sofas ar a minimum need to be replaced if not the entire sofa. The one in our room was quite old and unsanitary.
