Positives: Very nice place the bed was exceptionally comfortable every thing was good. If you want to be near newyork city this is the place to stay in. The number 129 bus brings you right in to the city.. there is also restaurants close by.

Negatives: Where to start... The room carpet and air conditionate was dirty and with mould. The room smell like humidity all the time. The check in through a window like we are buying cigarretes. The free smoke policy is a joke. All our neighbours smoking marihuana and also the bathroom vent had mould and smell like marihuana. Requested room service and nobody cleaned. I had to go change the towels myself to the front window. I have no complaints about the frontdesk personal or the cleaning supervisor. But the state of the room is disgusting and this hotel should loose a star

Positives: For the price it is great value for money. The room facilities are good, it has everything like a fridge, microwave etc. The AC also works great.

Negatives: Maybe the shower could have a handheld shower handle. The connectivity is good. But the buses that stop near the hotel are less frequent and you might need to do a bit of walking

Negatives: Room was not cleaned at all during entire stay. Was told at check in rooms are cleaned every three days, no one cleaned my room at all during entire stay. Unacceptable policy.
