We rented a 2br apartment last year and was very pleased. This year, not at all!! As soon as we walked in, we could smell wet dog and sewer. I ask the girl at the front desk and she said it was probably the marsh!! I bought cleaning supplies and air freshener, which helped somewhat. I spoke to the manager the next day, and she had the attitude like she could care less. She said someone could come and clean the rugs, which was filthy, but she couldn't give me a time for them to come in and clean. I'm on vacation, and I wasn't going to set there my whole vacation and wait for someone to show up.so I just sprayed everything down every day we were there. Very disappointed that we spent $2,800 to stay at what smelled like a dog kennel!! It wouldn't let me share all the photos I took of dirty rugs, kitchen, bathtub, dirty used sponges and dishcloth...The place changed ownership and you can really tell the difference!!

The property is poorly maintained, outside trash was overflowing for 3 days, cigarette butts everywhere and someone tried to get into our room Friday night around 10pm woke us up out of a dead sleep. The room needs a deep clean our feet were black from walking on the floor, large black dirt areas on the ceiling, the walls and railings were filthy. I would guess that housekeeping only does a quick wipe down and vacuum nothing more. We had breakfast one morning out of 3 because there was only a small amount to put out. The women handling the food for breakfast needs to be re educated about food handling safety and cleanliness. She had gloves on but was going in and out of a door and putting things in the trash without ever changing her gloves .

Just as people described, there were people at the rooms we’ve been checking in. They’ve had to replaced the room for us TWICE due to someone else being at the room that was supposed to be ready.
Moreover, they’ve had some sketchy people staying there drinking, smoking pot and talk loudly through the whole night outside. So think twice before booking this place with your kids.
Overall, doesn’t worth the money they’re charging for this motel level joint.
Book elsewhere and avoid at all costs.

Maintenance is poor. The carpeted floor is dirty and the rooms were dusty. The sink clogs and the lamp above the dining table did not work - but no one could fix it bec it was the weekend (?).
The bathroom has unrefilled shampoo and body wash dispensers.
We booked for 8 people, and they only gave us 4 towels - we were able to ask for more and a set of new sheets for the sofa bed as well.
Sad that this place has not been maintained since the new management.
