The lobby was clean, & overall nice. The staff during ((CHECK INN))!! was friendly.

There was party next door from me & I heard EVERYTHING!!! It went on for hours. I tried reaching the front desk and someone kept picking up & putting the phone down. I then decided to call customer 1-800 & after a 30 minute wait I was informed the representative also was unable to reach anyone at the front desk. I couldn’t just leave my room being I had 3 small kids under the age of 10 in the room at 3:00 am. We didn’t sleep at all. The walls was way too thin. The room was clean but smelled very old as if a dog was previously in the room.

Clean comfortable room in nice hotel right off highway and easy to get to I would recommend this hotel.

Air conditioning in wall pointed toward desk not most of the room so took longer to get and stay cool.

Very hip hotel with plenty of parking. Bed comfortable. Staff is very helpful. I checked in very late in the pm and did not have any issues. There is a Starbucks in the facility that opens in the am. Easy access from the highway and the location seemed safe for a solo traveler.
Negatives:
AC was off when I arrived, and the room smelled pretty bad. Went away once turned on. The fitted sheet was inside out and did not entirely cover mattress.

Even though the main lobby/bar of the hotel is nice, you deal with drunk people throughout the halls at all hours of the night even though they have a "quiet time" hours. You'll find them outside & throughout the halls.
The room had a wet spot on the floor by the bed from God knows what. The door was open to the room when we got there. The bathroom needed more cleaning especially the shower. The "view" was the roof. The rooms weren't updated & if they were they missed a lot.
Aside from all that the bed wasn't bad.
But for almost $300 a night we expected it to WAY better.
