Negatives: The room smelled badly when I opened the door. It was so hot out I turned on the air conditioner and the room started to smell like dog urine even worse. The girl at the desk said that it was booked and no other rooms were available. Left and. And back and my friend gagged as we walked to our room and worse when we opened the room. We left and called and spoke with Booking.com as well as the person at the desk. I was told that I was going to be getting my refund and that it would be done immediately still no refund I have spoken to Booking.com and left six messages for someone from the property to call me or to take care of the situation, nothing has been done.

Negatives: Dirty bathroom, full of stains, patches on the wall with wires coming out. Fruit flies flying around in the room. Thankfully I’m only there for 1 night. Definitely will NOT recommend.

Negatives: Dirty, outdated, not enough towels or blankets. A/C was turned off when I arrived, room was hot. The room was not properly cleaned before check in. No hair dryer or coffee maker. You do not feel secure in property. Kitchen was dirty and old. No USB outlets and definitely not enough electrical outlets. Also the TV was too small.

Negatives: The day of our travel I received a call indicating that the room I reserved 5-6 months ago was not available. I reserved a room with two double beds. We had 3 people in the room, so we needed it. They asked what I wanted to do. As a business when you call to inform someone that their reservation cannot be honored, be prepared to offer something comparable to make up for it. Considering this was a travel day and we were at risk of having nowhere to stay upon arrival we didn't really have much option but to accept a cot being sent to the room. When we arrived, the cot was in the room with a bed sheet, a duvet cover folded up, and a single pillow. The pillows are wafer thin so at a minimum there should be two per person. You have no business advertising that breakfast is included. At best you could say continental breakfast which even that is a stretch. A cereal bar or prepackaged muffin is not breakfast.

Negatives: This manager Indian short guy contacted the police even though I had a reservation before 11 and contacted the police after their fire drill. Their fire drill was at 11:50 AM until 1 o’clock and then he called me by 110 yelling at me over the phone saying what the hell is wrong with me I said excuse me who you talking to this man has no respect and no hospitality yet they have a white fleas and I’m sure bedbugs, I’m filing with my attorney and I’m in a hospital due to this infestation surrounding my neck, upper torso and private area! They do not clean their bathrooms. The upper area of their bathrooms was full of nothing but dirt mold and white fleas.

Negatives: Rooms were dirty, outdated equipment

Negatives: The rooms smell like cigarettes. They are falling apart as well. The floor in our room and bathroom was sinking in. The rooms weren’t clean. There was a used toothbrush in our room.

Negatives: The a/c in our first room was running hot, so we changed rooms. The rooms are too basic for the price and need updating. Need to add coffee maker, hair dryer and better pillows.

Negatives: No big towels in room, had to request for more than 1 pillow per person. No drinkingware.

Negatives: Bathroom and wall had stains . Bad smell in the room
