The hotel was rundown, clearly many people living there. The pool was absolutely the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. The bathroom door would not close, the shower was rusty and gross. There were kids running all over the hotel late at night. You could hear every step above you. Overall terrible experience.

The property was clean .

The pull out couch did not work properly and the toilet was not working. Every time we would flush the toilet it would over flow and their solution was to provide us with a plunger which I thought was absolutely absurd. I was going to deal with the toilet but when they pull out could not pull out that’s when I knew I couldn’t stay any longer. They offered me a 50% refund , but with a family of four we couldn’t stay . I then told the front desk associate that I will be checking out and calling booking for a full refund since we did not stay at the property at all ! I wasn’t going to post a review because they told Booking.com they would honor the FULL REFUND and my room probably was just a bad room things happen. I have yet to see the refund be process . Booking and myself have tried to contact the hotel and they are not replying . My stay was terrible very disappointing and this was for my son’s birthday.

The room was exactly like the picture and the plus was that it was very clean, the fridge the life size and is stainless with freezer, the carpets were clean. It felt like a spacious studio for a couple. Also the staff was nice and one particular Marlene was very helpful with getting me another day and also gave me tips how to save

My pillow case was stained. The carpet throughout the hotel was filthy. The Wi-Fi would not work with any HDMI devices. The toilet was clogged and I was told maintenance wouldn’t arrive until two hours later.
