Exceptional
Positives:
They don't have breakfast, because the rooms have a kitchen. So, you bring what you want to eat. I can't stress enough the staff. They were very hospitable, kind, very professional, welcoming, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, they were exceptional!!!!!! I can't put in words the wonderful experience I had. I'll definitely make my reservation with them again. Again, they are exceptionally excellent!!!
Negatives:
The location was a little far from my seminar, but the street was quiet, the other guests were quiet too. The guest in front of my room had a baby, and I didn't hear the baby at all!!!
All the other guests were very friendly. But, because the staff was exceptional excellent, who cares about location? I don't even talk about the bed. It was very difficult to get up from that bed. I wish my luggage was big enough, so I could buy that bed from them.

linen was clean and it was kept up nice and tidy, parking was fairly easy with enough space.
Negatives:
the smell of smoke from Marijuana and cigarettes. I asked to change a room because the smell was unbearable I got another room and it still leaked of smoke. I asked again and the girl in the front just said "the best I can do is spray something in the air to make it go away. I don't understand why the non-smoking isn't enforced.
