Booking .com never did their job and screwed my family and I in the middle of nowhere. They never contacted the hotel and made my reservation so when we showed up they had no rooms available.

My family and I stayed here for a visit to American Dream Mall and the distance from the mall was perfect. There were also alot of different things around the area to do for families. The hotel view from the 14 floor was really cool, staff, check in and hotel was super clean. Would highly recommend.

The only thing I have to say that was bad was the free continental breakfast and even the juice was terrible.

Bedding did not fit the bed and kept coming off, bathroom door was broke and didn't close, there was blood on some of the pillows and bedding. The AC in the room did not work properly and the outlets were broken and did not hold plugs in they just fell out.

Bathroom doors slide and not properly so doors are never really closed. No privacy. Bedding was not the best quality. My room was next to the ice machine. Very loud.
