Positives:
Breakfast was good, especially the decaf coffee, oatmeal and raisins, boiled eggs, and fresh fruits. Plus, the hotel offered water with lemon, tea and coffee, fresh fruits, and bottled water when we arrived, which is a ++, as other hotels in the area do not offer these extras.
Negatives:
I would had prefer if the price was a lesser. Still is worth the price.

The location was great -close to the bus stop which took you directly to New York in 20 mins. The drawback was the lack of other facilities in the vicinity of the hotel

The beds were uncomfortable and the elevator were extremely slow rooms were to small for three people for what you paid a night and because the front desk said I booked though booking.com I couldn’t get a receipt then instead of just taking $100 dollars for room deposit and rolling it over each night they made us pay $100 dollars a night for every night we were going to stay $400 dollars extra plus the $1000 we already paid and would give no receipt the breakfast was not good at all the motel is rundown needs upgrading and when you try to get out of the bed closest to the window you have to crawl out because your bed is right up on a return for a heating and air conditioning not my idea of a good time

Positives:
Breakfast was very good with hot options including scramble eggs, bacon, waffles, and much more. Location is great and is right next to two major highways. Self parking and valet are both free.
Negatives:
Our room had a mattress that had a strong urine odor. It was obvious that someone had urinated on the mattress and the sheets were changed without addressing the mattress. They gave us another room, but that room had pubic hair scattered across the toilet seat. Carpets were filthy in the hallway and in the room.

Hotel was overbooked and a long wait was needed to create a new reservation at the adjacent sister facility. Luckily an upgraded room was provided. Parking was also somewhat inconvenient across the street at the Marriot lot.
