Negatives: While the garage parking is attached and easy to use, every night we got back late and got one of the last couple spots at the top floor, it was always stressful for us if we'd get a parking space, but I hear that you can use a neighboring lot outside if you really have to. That said, I always parked next to an elevator in the garage and it was lightning quick to get to the room from the same elevator bank. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, but that should be expected of all sofa beds.

Negatives: My room didn’t seem clean. There was a used, twisted up wash cloth hanging in the bathroom when we got there. They told me they would give me an additional 20,000 points for the inconvenience, which I still haven’t received. Never offered a different room. The next morning I requested a different room and they weren’t able to accommodate but had someone come and clean the room. There was also strands of hair around the room. And breakfast options are subpar at best.

Negatives: The first night of our stay, we surprisingly didn't receive any housekeeping services, although we took the "do not disturb" sign off when we left the hotel for the day. We arrived back late to find that the bed hadn't been made. On the second night housekeeping did come, but the trash wasn't taken out - particularly the one under the kitchen sink. It seemed like it was a rushed job. Throughout our stay we kept getting locked out because our key reader wasn't working - a nice employee came with a portable battery, but the issue still wasn't fully taken care of until the next night when we had the same issue. On the second night, they finally changed the battery of the reader. Also, while I was in the shower something above the toilet fell down loudly - not sure what it was, it was round and shaped like a light but couldn't tell what it was for. We were hoping housekeeping would notice and have it taken care of, but they didn't. The breakfast also gets really crowded in the toast section because the toaster moves really slow. The pool gets crowded and loud with kids, so can't really enjoy that if you're looking for a relaxing swim. Overall, a nice stay but there were a few things that would have definitely made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. It's always nice when you don't spend time during the stay on issues with hotel maintenance etc. and it seems like the place just needs a bit more care put into it.
