Stayed on 10th floor, city views as advertised. Room seemed newly renovated, bathroom was very clean, no mildew in shower stall. Room was very spacious. Didnt use kitchen but seemed functional.

Positives:
Room was clean and spacious and the lighting was nice. Really enjoyed the fact that it was soundproof as there was a dog in the opposite room but we never heard it bark when we were inside the room.
Negatives:
The parking was weird - hardly any place to park in the garage but I got valet parking as I wasn’t driving that night. My partner had to look for parking for a while though.

The amenities and the complimentary breakfast. Also, the one-bedroom suite.
Negatives:
I went for my daughter’s 13th birthday . I took for teenagers with me and slept on the pull out sofa bed. When I pulled out the sofa bed , the mattress looked very worn down like it was burnt and the mattress cover was dirty. I called down to the Lobby right away and unfortunately the maintenance person was not in to change the mattress but they were able to give me a different mattress cover .

Wow, what a massive operation compared to the Mahwah setup.... but it was run very efficiently and smoothly. Free beakfast spread was wonderful, and the workout room was easy to access, spacious, and nice to use even for my young daughter.
Negatives:
While the garage parking is attached and easy to use, every night we got back late and got one of the last couple spots at the top floor, it was always stressful for us if we'd get a parking space, but I hear that you can use a neighboring lot outside if you really have to. That said, I always parked next to an elevator in the garage and it was lightning quick to get to the room from the same elevator bank. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, but that should be expected of all sofa beds.

I like that the property was in an ideal location.
Negatives:
My room didn’t seem clean. There was a used, twisted up wash cloth hanging in the bathroom when we got there. They told me they would give me an additional 20,000 points for the inconvenience, which I still haven’t received. Never offered a different room. The next morning I requested a different room and they weren’t able to accommodate but had someone come and clean the room. There was also strands of hair around the room. And breakfast options are subpar at best.
