Negatives: The hotel was under construction and temporarily closed down. The management did not contact me prior to the trip with my family. Got there past midnight and met no one on the property. It was really stressful for my family. I had to look for another hotel in the night and paid last minute high rate.

Negatives: Hotel was bought out by a different chain, is under construction. We arrived to check in, and found out it is closed up. This is after receiving an online confirmation!

Negatives: I did not like the fact that the hotel allowed me to make a reservation when the hotel is closed for renovations. I was put in an awkward situation and spent more money at another hotel because I needed to find a room.

Negatives: Phone cords cut,fire alarm no cover no battery, not vacuumed under couch, juice machine broke for breakfast, no coffee 2 days in a row breakfast and pool NOT working! I booked this way in advance as we go away yearly and what a disappointment!!! I even have pictures!

Negatives: The hotel is in the process of a major overhaul right now which I was not made aware of until arriving. My room wasnt available and I was giving another one with a different size bed. The hotel is very very dirt with building materials and trash all over.

Negatives: Its no longer a hotel it was bought out and they would not give us a room. so we got screwed and had to pay over 1000 dollars to stay the weekend. And will never use you again!!!!!!! And we went thru this before i am not Carol my Name is Samuel Scelta. My

Negatives: Check in should of been quicker. It took over 15 minutes! No breakfast available. Dining area was closed. Again I wish I would of known ahead of time that hotel was under renovation.

Negatives: The pool is disgusting. Looks like a science fair gone wrong.. theres clear evidence of a fire underneath the overhang our room had no smoke detectors. The staff seems to be defeated due to lack of leadership.

Negatives: With the exception of it going to be remodeled it's very rundown outside. The bathroom down in the lobby is disgusting the urinal looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months and months. There are a lot of improvements with the Cosmetics that need to be made. It's dark and dingy and I hope the new owners with the new renovation brightens things up. The clientele here is okay with the exception of a couple people that ruin it for others. When addressing it with the staff at the desk. All they said was, that they are sorry but nothing can be done about the smoking the pot and the cigarettes because they're not going to listen. I understand at the Comfort Inn is open to people who are indigent and need a place to stay. But that doesn't mean they should disrespect others around them with their habits. Again it's their habits that are disrespectful not that they are being directly disrespectful but to me that is as bad as being direct and disrespectful. I hope latitude sweets makes these policies more stringent and keeps the new facelift a lot cleaner. Other than that I would stay here again, all things considered and my situation at this time.

Negatives: The common areas were filthy. The side doors were propped open and the keypads readers were covered with duct tape since I guess they didn't work. There were signs everywhere that said, "If you let your dog poop inside you will be evicted." The fitness room and pool were closed for covid, but you could see the pool and it was black.

Negatives: This hotel should not be open. It looks like it was abandoned for 20 years, and they just reopened. Broken EVERYTHING. Holes in walls, broken drawers/tv/desk/safe, no fire alarm. The ceiling walking into the hotel is broken and open with lights falling. There's is a tarp that says "Quality Suites" hanging outside next to broken pathway lamps. There are doors to get into the hotel that have missing (not broken, missing) safety features. Anyone can get in. Including the homeless man who hangs out in the bushes and comes in every morning for coffee. Dangerous and dirty. Take this option off of your website. I'm embarrassed to say I even entered this building.

Negatives: Overpaid for this hotel room. The second night was advertised for 169. We were on the 3rd floor and there were no working elevators. There was only one total. I'm 62 yes old and did not expect to be carrying my luggage up 3 flights of steps.

Negatives: The disgusting room was never cleaned. Dirty wash cloths, beds and toilet.

Negatives: The place it's very dirty, the pool it's out service that for covy plus the juice machine it's out order, air conditioner broken and not working well, not towel available, not bed dressed or extra blanket and pillow. I do have videos and pictures from. And I'll ask for full refund
